2010 International Brahman Show Dedication

Dinah celebrates with nephews, Joe Mac and Jake Ray Weil
The 2010 International Brahman Show was dedicated to a very prominent, hard-working figure in the Brahman industry. Dinah Weil of HK Cattle located in Rosharon, Texas, was honored for 34 years of service to the Brahman breed.
In 1976, Dinah became the fourth ever recording secretary for the American Brahman Breeders Association and held that position for the next 13 years. While holding this position, Dinah managed the herd registry and traveled the world promoting the Brahman breed.
During her time at the ABBA, Dinah converted the hand system of registering cattle to a computerized method. She also played a big part in developing and implementing the successful Brahman F-1 Female Certification Program.
In 1989, Dinah began the new adventure of becoming a Red Brahman cattle breeder. She left her position at the ABBA to become part of the staff of HK Cattle.
Anyone who has met Dinah knows she loves and is passionate about what she does. She plays a major part in the breed, and everyone appreciates all that she has done for the Brahman community.
